Months, or even years, of work has been poured into your project.  Those two questions beset everyone involved in the new build.

Here’s a fact:  System failures will happen.  When they occur on game day or product launch day, it requires a rapid response. Here’s another fact:  The ability to bring systems back up quickly demands good planning, solid and documented support models, and rigorous pre-testing of these plans.
