BE&A was founded twenty years ago and has maintained its headquarters in Georgia during that past 13 years.

 

Our customers range from major Fortune 50 Corporations to startup companies, and many in between.  Early on, we focused on contact center design and implementation, involved with clients from inception to “going live”.  Because of a familiarity with various infrastructures, including network, and a clear ability to translate business requirements to “tech speak”, we’ve generated pleased clients at every turn.

 

Several years ago, we realized that our most impactful projects, be it building a stadium or a call center, were focused on deadlines that, for one reason or another, simply had to be met.  We have consciously sought those types of projects, and have developed unique ways of interacting with various groups in a project, while maintaining constant communication with executives and stakeholders, to successfully meet each and every goal.
